Privacy Policy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data this website processes, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted on a server operated for us by Hetzner Online GmbH, Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a European data centre. When you visit the site, the web server automatically records the IP address of your device, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, the browser type and the operating system in a log file. We use these logs solely to operate the site securely and to investigate attacks or faults. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contact form and e-mail
If you use our contact form, we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, topic and message) together with the IP address and time of submission. The submission is stored on our server and forwarded to us by e-mail so that we can answer you. For the e-mail delivery we use Google's Gmail service (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google may process the message on servers outside the European Economic Area; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU standard contractual clauses apply.
If you write to us by e-mail directly, we process the data contained in your message for the same purpose.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep enquiries only as long as necessary to handle them and for as long as statutory retention obligations require.
To protect the form against automated spam, the server checks a hidden form field and the time taken to fill in the form and limits the number of submissions per IP address. No third-party anti-spam service is used.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising services, and does not embed any content from third parties such as maps, videos or web fonts. All fonts, scripts and images are delivered from our own server.
The website contains links to external websites. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective operator applies.
5. Transport encryption
The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so that the data you send through the contact form cannot be read by third parties in transit.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information about your stored personal data, to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@aviacommerce.com.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
